Return & Refund Policy

1. Introduction

At Health29.in, we strive to provide high-quality healthcare services and products. Our Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which users may request a return or refund. By using our platform, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. Eligibility for Return & Refund

We only accept return or refund requests under the following conditions:

A. Medicines & Healthcare Products

  • Returns are allowed only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered to you.

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/videos) of the issue.

  • The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

B. Lab Tests & Diagnostic Services

  • Refunds will be provided only if:

    • The test was not conducted due to a lab’s failure.

    • The sample collection was missed despite a confirmed booking.

  • No refunds for tests once the sample is collected.

C. Doctor Consultations

  • Refunds for doctor consultations will be granted only if:

    • The doctor cancels or does not attend the scheduled appointment.

    • A technical issue prevents the consultation from being completed.

  • No refunds for completed consultations.

D. Hospital Services & Medical Equipment

  • Medical equipment can only be returned if defective or incorrect upon delivery.

  • Refunds for hospital services are subject to hospital policies and Health29’s discretion.

3. Return & Refund Process

To request a return or refund:

  1. Contact our customer support via email at support@health29.in or call our helpline within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide order details, reason for return/refund, and supporting documents (photos/videos).

  3. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days.

  4. If approved:

    • For returns, we will arrange a pickup or guide you on how to return the item.

    • For refunds, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

  • Prescription Medicines (unless damaged or incorrect).

  • Opened or used products (unless defective).

  • Completed consultations, tests, and services.

  • Personal care & hygiene products (for safety reasons).

5. Cancellation Charges & Deductions

  • Transaction fees may be deducted from refunds (as per payment gateway policies).

  • Partial refunds may apply in case of administrative or processing costs.
