But dietician Kamini is my long distance friend — she gave me all tips on the phone, replies to whatsapp instantly, and is very polite and friendly. 2. I have lost a lot of my post pregnancy weight without compromising on food. She made me eat simple, homemade food and that too as per my schedule and choice. I did not need any fancy and expensive foods to lose weight. 3. Her fat cutter natural drinks are my favourite and I swear by its effects. 4. When you have Dr Kamini — you may not even need any other doctor. She even prepared diet charts for my 6 month old son.     Myself Dietition Kamini Kumari . I have done my PG from Sam Higgan Bottom Institute and Technology, University of Allahabad.  I have total 9 years of experience. I did my internship and Oncology Dietician specialization. I am pursuing my Diabetic Educator Course from NDEP. 

    I am based out in Noida (Delhi-NCR) and is associated with hospitals like Manas Hospital & Fostis hospital Noida as an Oncology dietician.  I  have also worked with eminent hospitals like Artemis Hospital, Gurgaon & Medanta, The Medicity, Gurgaon as an Oncology Dietitian . I believe that one should have proper intake of food for a Good health. After all, Health is wealth. Intake of food should be a perfect blend of calories, proteins, vitamins etc. Being healthy is not anymore just about taking medicines when unwell, it means taking care of ourselves to prevent any illnesses and to change our attitude when we need to heal or get better after the illness. Taking care of our health today means doing a lot of things to feel good, from eating the right way to taking vitamins, from exercising to having a job we enjoy. I have an expertise in improving health of patients.  I am very dedicated and hard working and wish to serve the society by providing the best medical care  to the patient  and their family members.
