  • DESCRIPTION:
    Dr Harpreet Singh completed his MBBS from the prestigious Maulana Azad Medical College,
    New Delhi. He went on to do Diploma in Tuberculosis and Chest Diseases at the Patel Chest Institute. Subsequently, he earned his MD from Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi University. Career wise his vast experience spans across the Batra Hospital, MD Oswal Cancer Hospital, Patel Hospital, and the Fortis Hospital before joining the Action Cancer Institute. Besides which he has been a teacher for DNB in Radiotherapy for more than 10 years.

    Dr. Harpreet Singh has a cumulative experience of more than twenty six years in treating cancer patients. He has published twenty eight national and international articles to his credit.Dr Harpreet Singh is well versed in all the advanced techniques in Radiotherapy - 3D Conformal Radiotherapy (3D CRT), IMRT, IGRT, VMAT, Stereotactic Radio surgery (SRS), Stereotactic Body Radiotherapy (SBRT) and Brachytherapy.He has been a winner of the prestigious AROI fellowship for training in Advanced Radiotherapy Techniques.Trained at the John Moores Cancer Hospital, University of California, he has been instrumental in commissioning radiation oncology facility at Jalandhar, Punjab.

    An active member of Association of Radiation Oncologists of India, European Society of Therapeutic Radiation Oncologists, and Association of Gynecological Oncologists of India; he is involved in holding camps, CME, and public awareness campaigns for early cancer detection and cancer prevention.Dr. Harpreet Singh's special interests include head and neck cancers, oral cancers, brain tumors, cervical cancer, uterine cancer, prostate cancer, lung cancer, breast cancer, bladder cancer, esophageal cancer and pancreatic cancer.
