Dr. Rahul Bhargava is presently the Director of Haematology, Paediatric Haematology Oncology & Bone Marrow at Fortis Hospital, Gurgaon. In 2016, he became the first Indian doctor to do and popularize the stem cell transplant in multiple sclerosis. He and his tram has done over 400 transplants. Dr. Bhargava has been credited to establish six low cost centres across India namely Action Balaji Hospital, Batra Hospital, Sarvodaya Hospital, etc.
Known for his excellent outcome in stem cell transplant, specially in haploidentical transplant, Dr. Bhargava’s vision of first integrated centre of excellence in haemotlogy, stem cell transplant and paediatric haematology has been fulfilled at FMRI, Gurgaon.
