    As a dietitian with 38 years of experience, I have had the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and help them achieve their health and nutrition goals. Over the years, I have gained a deep understanding of the connection between food and health, and I have developed a passion for helping others improve their well-being through diet and lifestyle changes.

    Throughout my career, I have helped patients with a wide variety of health concerns, including weight management, diabetes, heart disease, and digestive disorders. I have also assisted patients with specific dietary needs, such as food allergies, vegetarian and vegan diets, and sports nutrition.

    I believe that a personalized approach is essential when it comes to nutrition. I work closely with each patient to understand their unique needs and goals, and I develop customized nutrition plans that take into account their individual preferences, lifestyles, and medical conditions.

    I also believe in the importance of education and empowerment. I strive to empower my patients with the knowledge and skills they need to make healthy choices and maintain their progress in the long term. I believe that when people understand the reasons behind the recommendations, they are more likely to follow them.

    In addition to working with patients, I have also had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
