Dr. Rakesh Kumar Sharma is a Consultant Medical Oncologist at M | O | C Cancer Care & Research Centre, Gurugram.
With a strong academic background and extensive clinical expertise, he completed his MD in Internal Medicine from PGIMER, Chandigarh, followed by DM in Medical Oncology from AIIMS, New Delhi, and has trained at some of India’s premier cancer centres.
Over the years, he has served at leading institutions including FMRI Gurugram, ILBS Vasant Kunj, Max Hospital Saket, and Fortis Memorial Research Institute. His expertise spans the diagnosis, treatment and management of both adult and pediatric cancers, with a special focus on hematological malignancies such as leukemias and lymphomas, as well as solid tumors.
A passionate academician and researcher, Dr. Sharma has authored publications in reputed journals and presented his work at global oncology platforms including ASCO.
